Irvine-Thompson National Properties said that Darryll Goodman has joined the company as senior vice president, asset management.
Previously, Mr. Goodman was senior vice president, asset management at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors Inc., formerly Triple Net Properties.
Prior to this, he was vice president and operations manager at Hawaiian Asset Management Inc., and state director of operations at the International Council of Shopping Centers' Hawaii office.
Los Angeles-The University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate has named real estate economist Richard K. Green as director and Lusk chair in real estate.
Mr. Green has been director of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Studies at George Washington University in Washington since 2004.
The former economist with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac) also was chair of real estate and urban land economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
