NEW DELHI, June 30 Asia Pulse - Indian broadcast tribunal TDSAT on Monday restrained Maran brothers-owned Channel Plus from disconnecting the signals of Sun TV network to Tamil Nadu-based multi-system operator (MSO) till further notice.
Admitting the application of the MSO Jak Communications, TDSAT Chairman Justice Arun Kumar directed Channel Plus, a unit of Sun TV, not to disconnect or deactivate its signals on the alleged ground of piracy of its channels.
"I direct the respondent not to disconnect or deactivate supply of signals of SUN TV network till further orders," he said.
