Caribbean association urges port managers to focus on efficiency.
Caribbean port managers must become more efficient in their operation or they will lower the region's chance to become more competitive in the global economy.
That was the word from Agatha Dublin, general manager of the Antigua and Barbuda Port Authority, at a recent conference.
