WASHINGTON--Uterine myomas larger than 5 cm are associated with fetal mal-presentation, placenta previa, and higher rates of cesarean section due to shoulder dystocia, Dr. Patrizia Vergani reported in a poster session at the annual meeting of the Society for Gynecologic Investigation.
