Wearing bright lipstick with a bright swimsuit may seem like overkill, but "tangerine and coral look beautiful on bronzed skin," says makeup artist Lisa Houghton. Choose a matte formula in a warm shade, such as Lipstick by Mattese in Juicy, and dab it on with a finger to keep the look natural. "You don't want anything too polished for the beach," she says.
