The American Guild of Organists will hold "Organ Spectacular: An International Celebration," beginning June 25, 2008, at the AGO National Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota, then closing at AGO regional conventions in June and July of 2009.

Throughout the year, AGO is encouraging members to present a variety of events, including introducing children to the organ through music classes and its "Pedals, Pipes, and Pizza" program. Members will invite choirs and orchestras to feature the organ in their programming. Other promotions, both traditional and non-traditional, will also take place.
