THE UNITED STATES has signed a repatriation agreement with Vietnam to deport legal permanent residents who have committed aggravated felonies. Nearly 8,000 Vietnamese Americans have been issued deportation notices, and according to ICE officials, 1,500 people will be immediately affected.
