Invasion of a primary gastric lymphoma into the spleen, resulting in massive upper gastrointestinal and free intra-abdominal hemorrhage has never been described to our knowledge. We describe a case of this rare occurrence.

A 66-year-old woman presented to the emergency department complaining of shortness of breath and anorexia for the past 3 months.
