SEOUL, June 2 Asia Pulse -- South Korean stocks opened slightly higher Monday as retail and foreign investors picked up steelmakers and shipbuilders, analysts said.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) edged up 0.29 point, or 0.02 per cent, to 1,850.74 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
