As summer approaches, the avalanche of save-the-date cards can make you feel like a professional wedding guest. Dealing with all the logistics may leave you fantasizing about a lazy Saturday at home, but there are tricks to enjoying the whirlwind.
Look ahead. Decide strategically which weddings to attend. It's OK to say no to an acquaintance or someone you're not close to anymore. Don't make excuses; just RSVP right away so you don't have the decision hanging over your head. If it's a family member or close friend, make your best effort; if your boss is getting married, it's in your interest to go.
