SEOUL, May 1 Asia Pulse - South Korean President Lee Myung-bak and U.S. President George W. Bush held their first summit on April 19, 2008 at Camp David near Washington, D.C. During the summit, both presidents agreed to upgrade the ROK-U.S. alliance into a 21st century strategic alliance.
