For young incentive groups looking to party till dawn, a twin-centre trip taking in both Sydney and Melbourne is ideal. Sydney has its fair share of chic bars and cocktail lounges, but for an authentic taste of old Sydney, groups of up to 135 can head out on a historical pub tour of the Rocks district, complete with a knowledgeable guide. For a memorable evening incentive, groups can also head out on the water, something that P&MM sales director Susan Sexton, recommends. 'The quintessential incentive activity would be a twilight sailing regatta around Sydney Harbour,' she says.
