Awesome. That was my first impression of the graphics achieved with the Matrox Parhelia 128MB High Fidelity Graphics Card. And that lofty opinion has not faded. Instead, the graphics card continues to impress in a variety of ways.

Arrival and installation

The Matrox Parhelia package enclosed the 512-bit Graphics Accelerator, a DVI-I to dual-RGB cable, an RGB to TV cable, a DVI-I to RGB adapter, a user's guide, and a CD-ROM.

Installation is a snap if you have experience in swapping out graphics cards. Replacing my existing NYIDIA GForce 200 64MB card, with which I have been pleased, with the Matrox Parhelia card took less than 10 minutes. Loading the …
