The secret of happiness is revealed

Even if you work in the information industry, you may still be surprised to learn that the secret to happiness in the workplace has something to do with software.
But a survey published last month reveals just that. Forget friendly colleagues, an understanding boss, a decent canteen or even a pay rise; the real source of office joy is, apparently, file sharing.
The survey, by a Wokingham-based content management company, found that the inability to find key files, emails or documents caused stress, frustration, arguments and a bad atmosphere at work.
Four in 10 of the 300 employees questioned said they had become "extremely stressed" at being unable to locate a document when covering somebody else's job for the first time.
