NEW DELHI, April 1 Asia Pulse - UK-based InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) on Monday said it plans to open 20 hotels in India with over 5,000 rooms under its different brands, including the InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn, as a part of its strategy to strengthen presence in the country.
The world's largest hotel group with the most number of rooms, is developing 14 new-look Holiday Inn hotels with more than 3,700 rooms, which are scheduled to open over the next three years in 11 cities nationwide.
