Writing this book review was difficult for me. First of all, I couldn't seem to get over the sticker shock at the price: $289 for a paperback consisting of no more than 118 pages in total! Working in a law firm I am not naive about the cost of legal publications. I am well aware of the fact that a single print publication can cost hundreds of dollars--thousands for a multivolume treatise--but not $289 for a 118-page paperback. I think the price alone is going to be a hard sell to any institution.
Once I was able to finally tell myself, "Ignore the price evaluate the content, ignore the price evaluate the content," I began by looking more closely at the authors, Jeffrey Ritter and Karen Worstell.
