Irvine-RealtyTrac has hired Larry Spencer as vice president.
Mr. Spencer will focus on industry relations, with a special emphasis on forging relationships with Multiple Listing Services.
He brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to RealtyTrac and has held senior management positions in sales, business development and data licensing with a diverse group of companies, including DataQuick Information Systems, TRW Inc. and Landata/Stewart Title.
San Francisco-Capmark Finance Inc. has hired Jimmy Yoo as a senior asset manager in its global servicing division.
Mr. Yoo most recently served as a vice president and commercial mortgage regional underwriter at Wells Fargo Bank.
Earlier in his career, he was employed by Capmark Finance as one of the first asset managers to work on the company's special servicing portfolio, and also served as a loan and REO asset manager at Capmark Finance for more than five years.
