TIMIKKA, March 3 Asia Pulse - A contractor from China has been entrusted with the development of a steam-generated power plant (PLTU) in Papua district of Mimika, Timika branch of state electricity company PT PLN spokesman Trimanto told newsmen here on Saturday.
He said the construction of the steam-generated power plant around Paumako port in East Mimika was expected to start in March this year and finish by 2010.
