WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Independent U.S. presidential candidate Ralph Nader Thursday announced Matt Gonzalez, a former San Francisco public official, as his 2008 running mate.
"I chose Matt Gonzalez because I want someone who shares a sense of justice and opposition to the corporate control of society," Nader said during a Washington news conference.
