Census confirms more young women degreed.(NEWSWATCH)

More young women than young men now hold bachelor's degrees, according to recent U.S. Census Bureau data.

The percentage of women aged 25 to 29 with bachelor's degrees or higher has grown from 29% in 1997 to 33% in 2007, while that for men has remained at 26% over that time.

The 2006 data also highlighted the correlation between education level and average annual income:
