Team of Five International Experts to Educate Americans about the Impact of Better Sleep on Quality of Life
MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Select Comfort Corporation , the nation's leading bed retailer and creator of the SLEEP NUMBER(R) bed, has hand-picked five internationally known experts to be part of its Sleep Number(R) Quality of Life Advisory Board, assembled to help people realize how they can enhance their lives through better sleep and a better bed.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis: High Performance/Energy
Dr. John Spencer Ellis is the CEO of National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching and the Get America Fit Foundation. He is currently seen as the health and fitness expert on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County. He also is the host of The Fit Show, The OC Body TV show and The Spencer Power Hour radio program. Ellis is the author of How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness. Most recently, he hosted the Ms. Fitness USA and World Pageants, and was nominated for induction into the Fitness Hall of Fame. Ellis speaks to athletes and busy moms, as well as those people who simply want more energy to get through the day.
