WASHINGTON -- An update to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, known as FAFSA, will alert students to the new Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education or TEACH grant program. Federal Student Aid has proposed adding a question to the electronic FAFSA to make sure applicants know they can apply for grants of up to $4,000 a year. The office hopes to include a question about TEACH on the 2008-'09 FAFSA.
