SITA has successfully implemented its Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) for Yemen Airways at Aden International airport. Under the terms of the five-year contract, SITA will host and manage CUTE, thereby consolidating check-in and boarding systems for the many airlines operating at the airport.

Aden International airport recorded a 5% traffic growth in 2001, creating a need for more streamlined operations to ease increased congestion. Yemen Airways will use a remotely hosted version (SITA's CUTE Lite) that provides a solution tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized airports, while providing all the features and benefits of the traditional CUTE service used …
