Winter Glow
A hint of St. Barts -- just in time for

During the winter, doctors recommend light therapy to treat seasonal affective disorder. To perk up depressed-looking skin, makeup artists prescribe another kind of light therapy involving bronzer. But it's not the type Pamela Anderson would wear. If you use the same shade and technique as you did in mid-July, the result will look as ridiculous as a bikini in a blizzard. Instead, "choose a formula slightly deeper than your skin tone, apply it only to key areas, and top it with a pink-toned blush to make cheeks look sun-kissed," says makeup artist Mally Roncal. "A matte, powder version is best." To further boost skin's radiance, makeup artist Pati Dubroff suggests adding an iridescent highlighter to the inner corners of eyes and the cheekbones. Applying warm colors to the rest of the face will enhance the glow -- and make your skin look ecstatic.
