Speaking at the first annual general meeting for Anglia Woodfuels, chairman John Austen reported that there is a strong future for the co- operative group. `Awareness of wood fuel as an excellent renewable heating source has certainly increased and our supply chain from woodland to end user is working. Many of our landowner members are clearly demonstrating the benefits by harvesting their own wood, drying and chipping it and then using it to heat private and commercial enterprises on their estates.
