PI and BvD discover the perfect fit

Online information provider Perfect Information (PI) has signed a deal with one of its rivals, Brussels-based Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing (BvD), to make its extensive library more widely available.

The agreement will let BvD customers access PI's library of over eight million company reports and filings through BvD's databases.

BvD's Osiris database already holds details on listed and delisted companies around the world. Under the agreement, users will be able to access the entire library of PI documents from the relevant company reports in Osiris.

Zephyr, BvD's global database of merger and acquisition deals and rumours, will also offer access to M&A documents from London-based PI.
