It's been 16 years and two lawsuits and a countersuit, and star economics Professor Graciela Chichilnisky is still battling Columbia University NY over sex discrimination.

She claims her salary is lower that that of her male counterparts, her research grants have been taken away and administrators have retaliated against her for complaining.

Columbia settled her 1991 sex bias suit in 1995 by raising her salary and paying damages. She sued again in 2000, claiming that Columbia had violated the original agreement and continued to discriminate ...
