TAIPEI, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - Nearly half of the Taiwanese people responding to a recent poll said they were not satisfied with their income in 2007, according to the results of a survey released by Global Views Monthly magazine Monday.
The survey, conducted between Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, elicited information from an effective sample of 1,007 people. The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points 19 times out of 20.
The results show that 42.8 per cent of respondents believe that Taiwan's economy will deteriorate further in 2008.
