PERTH, Dec 31 Asia Pulse - The Australian stock market ended 2007 in negative territory after a flat day of trading, closing two hours earlier than usual.
The benchmark S&P/ASX200 index finished down 0.1 of a point at 6339.8, while the All Ordinaries had lost 2.7 points to 6421.
On the Sydney Futures Exchange, the March share price index contract was 26 points lower at 6,347, on a volume of 10,953 contracts.
