D&B launches two-pronged bid for Japan

Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) has moved to build its position in Japan by taking a majority stake in a joint venture with existing Japanese partner Tokyo Shoko Research (TSR) and buying commercial data integration software supplier Purisma for $48m.
