In early July at Rome's Fiumicino airport, I'm waiting for my suitcase to materialize when I see a blonde who reminds me of Sienna Miller. Her hair is pulled into a scruffy ponytail, and she wears a long gray tank top over a magenta bra; skinny jeans; collapsed Westwood pirate boots.
