GROUPS NOTED FOR INTERNET GROWTH CONTRIBUTIONS IN VIETNAM.
HANOI, Dec 3 Asia Pulse - Ten individuals and three companies have been voted as most instrumental to the internets growth since its introduction in Viet Nam 10 years ago.
Votes for the winners from the Viet Nam Post newspaper and the Viet Nam ICT Press Club were selected from a list of 20 candidates, including internet experts, managers, policy makers, network security experts, representatives of mass media and directors of internet companies.
Former Minister Do Trung Ta and former Deputy Minister Mai Liem Truc of the Information and Telecommunications ministry, were among the final winners.
Former Minister Dang Huu and former Deputy Minister Chu Hao of the Science and Technology Ministry, were also included.
