NEW DELHI, Dec 3 Asia Pulse - India's largest two-wheeler maker Hero Honda Motor Ltd (HHML) (BSE:500182) on Saturday reported a 2.8 per cent increase in its vehicle sales during November at 288,027 units compared to 280,171 units in the same month last year.
The company's sales during the festive season this year stood at 500,000 units, HHML said in a statement.
"This is a repeat of last year's record festive season performance, when the company had clocked similar retail numbers. It is especially significant when the two-wheeler industry has been experiencing a slowdown," the statement said.
HHML's cumulative sales during the January- November increased to 30,68,519 units.
