The University of North Dakota presidential search committee has selected five candidates for on campus interviews in January. After those interviews are complete, the committee will choose finalists to recommend to the State Board of Higher Education. The Board is scheduled to interview those finalists on February 4. Dr. Charles Kupchella, who has served as president since 1999, has announced his retirement as of June 30, 2008.
