Catherine the Great I was overjoyed to see Catherine Zeta-Jones on the cover of your August issue! I really appreciate women who carry themselves with elegance and respect. Thank you for recognizing someone who is truly beautiful and talented. Savannah Law Dallas

I was happy to see Catherine Zeta-Jones's gorgeous face on your cover. The article ["The Last Showgirl," August] was wonderfully written. I was impressed at how she manages her life, various homes, and her celebrity. However, I wholeheartedly hope she quits smoking for her children's and her own

Catherine Zeta-Jones may look, act, think, and talk like a movie star, but leaving the "faintest scent of perfume and cigarettes in her wake" will come back to haunt her.
