3D and product life-cycle management solutions vendor Dassault Systemes demonstrated its new technologies and strategies that further position 3D as a universal language of product development.
First, the company showcased 3DVIA, introduced in June, which will allow even novice users to invent and create objects in 3D, as well as upload, share, and tag 3D imagery for interactive, lifelike experiences. Part of this strategy includes Dassault's 3DVIA Virtools entertainment solutions for game developers. 3DVIA will be available in the near future.
