SEOUL, South Korea (BUSINESS WIRE) Oct 31, 2007 - Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (KSE:000640) announced today that all of the dissident Kang-Korea Alcohol nominees for election as director were overwhelmingly defeated at the October 31 EGM.
The votes AGAINST the election of the nominees, as a percentage of the shares voted, were: Yong Seok Jee, 88.4 per cent; Sun Keun Park, 88.4 per cent; Eun-Sub Jung 88.4 per cent; Joon-Haeng Lee 77.5 per cent; Jeong Sam Park 89.12 per cent
