BEIJING, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - China's liquidity management should be flexible enough to strike a subtle balance between reacting and overacting to crises, central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan said on Tuesday at the 2007 Qinghua Global Management Forum.
Zhou said that in the course of China's economic development, it is normal for major and minor crises to occur in the financial system, and therefore China should adopt a rational attitude in maintaining its financial stability.
