BANGALORE, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Norwegian IT major EDB has acquired a 50.1 per cent stake in Bangalore-based SPAN Infotech India Pvt Ltd for US$3.8 million, the two companies said in a joint statement on Tuesday.
