SEOUL, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - SK Energy Co. (KSE:096770) said on Wednesday that it plans to merge with an affiliate oil company next year.
The decision, reached at a board of directors meeting, is a follow-up to a September proposal to merge the parent company with SK Incheon Oil.
Executives at the South Korean company said the final decision on the corporate deal will be made in December. They added that the merger swap ratio has been set at 1 to 0.033.
