JAKARTA, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Indonesia's tin ingot exports in the first eight months of 2007 dropped by 41.66 per cent to 51,222 tons from the 87,800 tons in the same period last year, a Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) report said.
"The drop may be because some exporters have not realized their exports," Director General of Foreign Trade Diah Maulida said on Wednesday in commenting on the BPS report.
But tin ingot exports in the first eight months ending in August slightly fell by 2.32 per cent in value to US$621.31 million from US$636.04 million a year earlier, she said.
