Oct. 30--Prattville High School head football coach Bill B. Clark has agreed to amend his annual disclosure forms with the Alabama Ethics Commission to better reflect his sources of income.

Commission Director James L. Sumner Jr. met Monday with Clark, Autauga County School Superintendent Larry Butler, Prattville High Principal Lee Hicks and school board lawyer James R. "Spud" Seale.

After the meeting, Sumner said he expected more complete forms to be filed by Clark within days.

"Every one of them, I think, realized that what has been filed is not adequate," said Sumner.
