A national sorority that purged some of its less attractive members at its DePauw University chapter is suing the school, claiming DePauw broke its contract with the sorority and damaged the reputation of its members.

DePauw officials cut ties with Delta Zeta in March after sorority leaders dismissed 23 of its 35 members.
