MANHATTAN -- High school marching bands from across Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri will show off their skills and style at the 21st annual Central State Marching Festival Saturday, Oct. 20, at Kansas State University.

The festival gives bands the opportunity to perform before a panel of professional judges. Each band will see a video of its performance and hear helpful comments from the judges. Bands also have the option of taking part in one-hour clinics conducted by staff members of the K-State Marching Band.…
