Claiming that Denice Denton--the UCSC chancellor who leapt to her death a year ago from a 43-story San Francisco high-rise they shared--had mistakenly left her out of her will, her partner Gretchen Kalonji is suing the estate for $2.25 million.

Her estate includes two homes, a six-figure life insurance policy and more than $700,000 in other assets.
