A former star softball pitcher at Slippery Rock University PA is suing the school and her former coach, claiming that they discriminated against her due to a mental condition.
In her U.S. district court lawsuit, Jenna Frieling also accuses him of retaliation after she notified the school of her intent to sue. She claims that her former coach Vashion Johnson reduced her practice and game time and cut her travel after the notification.
