Women who are serious about their education need to make the commitment to attend college full-time, according to a new report.

Those who attend school full-time are more likely to get positive academic results, according to a report by the National Center for Education Statistics. The group found that even when controlling for gender, income and education expectations, part-timers lagged behind full-timers in the areas of college persistence and degree attainment.
