NCAA sets 'expectations' for practice players.(NEWSWATCH)
After much discussion, the NCAA Division I Championships/Competition Cabinet set expectations for the use of male practice players at its June meeting.
The group developed a 14-point statement on the use of male practice players at NCAA schools. Because the expectations are non-binding and have no legal ramifications, some see them as a cop-out from taking a solid, enforceable stance on the issue.
