The University of Missouri at Kansas City is paying more than $1 million to two female employees to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit. The women accused UMKC of doing nothing to stop their male bosses from groping female coworkers and making explicit jokes and sexual advances.

In the lawsuit, the two women refer to the psychology lab as a "sexually hostile environment." They testified that lab directors C. Keith Haddock and Walker Carlos Preston II, commented on employees' physiques, ...
