NACM Legislative Conference Held In Wake of Hurricane Katrina
Participants in the 34th NACM Legislative Conference arrived at a time in Washington when most Congressional energy and attention was focused on the suffering, damage and political fallout left by one of the nation's biggest natural disasters, Hurricane Katrina.
